UK Delivery

Make Unique Gifts currently delivers to UK addresses.

Orders placed before 12 noon are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 12 noon will normally be dispatched the next working day.

This applies to both standard and personalised products unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin from dispatch.

Personalised & Custom Orders

Personalised and custom-made products may require additional preparation time before dispatch. Please make sure all personalisation details are correct when placing your order, as incorrect information may delay your order.

Delivery Delays

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside our direct control. Delays can occasionally occur with postal and courier services, particularly during busy periods, adverse weather or other disruption.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us so that we can investigate and help resolve the problem.
